Astrological Philosophy
At Brightstar Astrology, my astrological philosophy is rooted in the profound wisdom of Vedic astrology - as well as Chinese astrology. I believe in empowering individuals to embrace the cosmic influences and align their life choices with the celestial energies. My approach encompasses a holistic understanding of planetary movements, enabling individuals to gain clarity and make conscious decisions in various aspects of life. Brightstar Astrology is dedicated to sharing the timeless wisdom of Vedic astrology, guiding individuals towards self-discovery and personal growth.
I also provide a short analysis of the BaZi chart in my consultations. The Chinese system of the "Four Pillars of Destiny" or "Eight Characters," analyses an individual's destiny and life path and provides a slightly different - and additional - angle to the Vedic horoscope.

My Journey
I have been learning astrology from a young age - as soon as I could read and began to understand the very basic concepts of the Sun signs. In my teenage years, my curiosity expanded with every book I read. In my twenties, I took courses at the London School of Astrology before I discovered Jyotish, the ancient Indian system of astrology, at Bava, the British Association for Vedic Astrology. Using the Vedic or sidereal zodiac, predictions are based on the actual, observed positions of the stars in the sky. This means it's more focused on where the constellations really are. This is opposed to the Western system of astrology which looks at the earth's seasons. It is because of the earth's wobble (called precession), these two zodiacs don't line up perfectly anymore. This is a very important difference.
Once I discovered the depths and breadths , and most importantly, accuracy of Vedic astrology, there was no turning back anymore. More recently, I have started to incorporate some of the basics of BaZi into my consultations.
